AVAL Policies and Terms

By placing a reservation with AVAL you acknowledge and expressly agree to the following policies, terms and conditions and further expressly authorize AVAL to charge your credit card in full for all charges relating to your reservation, including, but not limited to, charging your credit card in full for the reservation should you be considered a no-show. Service is deemed rendered, whether you enter the vehicle or not, when the cancellation period cut-off time is reached.

 

  1. Additional Charges: Additional charges may be added for cell phone usage, extra stops, and special parking and toll fees.
  2. Alcohol: All alcohol must be provided by the passengers. All passengers must be 21 years of age and have valid state issued ID to consume alcohol in our vehicles.
  3. Cancellation Policy: If a cancellation occurs less than 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time, full fare will be charged to the client, early hour pick up (12:01am-10:00am) a night before. Cancellation fees are waived for emergencies.
  4. Child Seat: A car seat is available upon request and up to $15 fee for using the car seat.
  5. Holiday Travel Policy: A 20% surcharge will be added to reservations booked on New Years Day, Memorial Day, Pimlico Event, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.
  6. Hourly Service Rate: Hourly towncar / SUV service is charged at $65 per hour.
  7. Lost or Damaged Items: AVAL and its Affiliates are not responsible for items that are left in the vehicle, lost or damaged. AVAL reserves the right to charge a delivery fee for returning lost items if found. AVAL, Affiliates and their Chauffeurs will assist with luggage at a client's request, but assume no liability for doing so.
  8. No Show Policy: No show reservations will be charged the full trip plus any waiting time. Please call us at (443) 505-1196 to avoid being billed as a no show.
  9. Payment Method: We offer competitive rates; we accept all major credit cards, travelers' checks, cashiers checks, cash, and service corporate accounts.
  10. Privacy Policy: AVAL and its Affiliates' do not sell, rent or disseminate your personal and financial information to any outside third parties. AVAL and it's Affiliates reserves the right to use the information supplied to provide requested services and collect payment for services rendered in accordance with our rates, terms and policies.
  11. Smoking: There is no smoking in our cars. Anyone who smokes will be asked to extinguish the cigar/cigarette.
  12. Termination of Reservation: AVAL reserves the right to terminate any reservation at any time in the best interest of customer safety, driver safety, vehicle safety, and federal/state/local laws.
  13. Vehicle Damage/Cleaning: The Party paying for the Reservation is responsible for all damages and/or cleaning charges incurred by the renter and/or Party of the Renter, including but not limited to: Vomit/Sickness ($150 Cleaning Fee), Alcohol Spillage ($100, Cleaning Fee), Broken Glassware ($30, Replacement Set), Burns ($500 Replacement/Repair), Upholstery Tears ($500 Replacement/Repair) and/or Opening a Car Door into another Vehicle or Stationary Object ($?) etc.
  14. Wait Time Policy: There is a 5 minutes grace period after the scheduled pickup time, and a 15 minutes grace period after flight arrival time (at the airport). We monitor the status of all commercial flights Once the grace period has elapsed additional fees are charged at the rate of $1.00 per minute or $50.00 per hour.
  15. Minimum No Show Charges are $35 + Waiting Time (up to 30 Minutes)
  16. Credit Card Validation required for all bookings.
  17. Return Time will be charged if Hourly Booking Destination is Out of Service Radius / Tri State Area (Maryland, Washington DC & Virginia).
  18. Regular Van / Sedan Ride can be upgraded to Exclusive Luxury ride for additional charge of $30.
  19. Airport Van and Limo L.L.C. Reserve the right to upgrade any regular ride without any additional charges to accommodate transportation demand.
  20. Meet and Greet Service inside arrival terminal is available on all Airports for additional charge of $35.
  21. Airport Van and Limo, L.L.C. would charge 15% service charge on final bill to all charge accounts.
  22. Customer Loyalty Rewards Program Guarantees Free Ride for Every Five Rides of Same Value With Our Company. Advance online Booking required. Each Trip Must be Regular priced fare. Special Rates and Other discounts are excluded from this offer..
  23. For Pickup Guarantee, At least Two hours Advance booking  required during normal business hours 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST. Our Guarantee  excludes snow emergency and Severe Weather Alert. If Driver does not show within 15 minutes of schaduled pickup time, Call 443-505-1196 for claim.
  24. AVAL will charge 25% Extra During Snow Emergency, Extreme Weather Alerts, Special Events, National Hollidays.
